In cases where a customer requests us to suspend or delete the use of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law due to the reason that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use that has been publicly announced in advance or has been acquired by fraudulent or other illegal means, we will promptly investigate the reason for the request after confirming that it is a request from the customer himself/herself. If there is a reason for the request, we will suspend or delete the use of the personal information and notify the customer of the suspension or deletion (We will notify the customer if we decide not to perform the suspension or deletion).
